  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with respect to data voluntarily provided on the Website.
  5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Handling inquiries submitted via the contact form
    • Fulfillment of ordered services
    • Presentation of the offer or information
  6. The Website gathers information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which is then entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. Through the storage of cookie files („cookies”) on end devices.

2. Selected Methods of Data Protection Used by the Operator

  1. Login areas and areas where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means personal data and login credentials entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one-way — it is not possible to reverse it, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. To minimize the risk of unauthorized data access, the Operator uses complex passwords containing lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters, no shorter than 8 characters.
  4. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates to software components.

3. Hosting

  1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator’s server: Hostinger
  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. The following may be recorded:
    • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources — pages, files),
    • time the request was received,
    • time the response was sent,
    • client station name — identified via the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
    • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) — when access to the Website occurred via a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-service ordering of services through registration forms on the site,
    • information related to the handling of electronic mail sent to and from the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data Is Used

  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations resting on the Administrator. This applies to the following categories of recipients:
    • the hosting company, under a data processing agreement
    • postal/mail service operators
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to carry out the purpose of the website’s operation
    • companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator
  2. Your personal data will not be processed by the Administrator for longer than is necessary to carry out related activities as defined by separate regulations (e.g., accounting requirements). With respect to marketing data, it will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:

    • rectification thereof,

    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.3(c) regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing the Administrator’s legitimate interests, including profiling, provided that the right to object cannot be exercised where there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.
  7. You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under a concluded contract and for the purpose of the Administrator’s direct marketing activities.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means it is not transferred outside the European Union.

5. Information Collected via Forms

  1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The Website may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In certain cases, the Website may record information that helps associate the form data with the email address of the user completing the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in a form is processed for the purpose corresponding to the function of that particular form, e.g., to handle a service request or a sales inquiry, service registration, etc. The context and description of each form clearly informs what it is used for.

  1. Information about user behavior on the Website may be logged. This data is used for the purpose of administering the website.

7. Key Marketing Techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis through Google Analytics (Google Inc., headquartered in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service — only anonymized information. This service relies on cookies stored on the user’s end device.   2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising content to be matched to user behavior on the site. This may create the impression that the user’s personal data is being used to track them; however, in practice no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technical condition for such activities is enabled cookie support.
  3. The Operator uses a solution that examines user behavior by creating heat maps and recording activity on the site. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service provider so that it does not know which specific individual it pertains to. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not recorded.
